These formats provide players with a second (or third) chance to compete after busting out during the early stages of a tournament.
– Rebuy Tournaments allow players to buy more chips during a specific period while still in the tournament or after busting. Players can often rebuy multiple times and may also be offered an add-on (extra chips) at the end of the rebuy period.
– Re-entry Tournaments allow players who bust to rejoin the tournament as a new entry, typically with a new seat and stack, but still counted as a separate player for leaderboard purposes.
Our tournament engine allows operators to define the number of allowed rebuys or re-entries, set time windows, pricing, and whether prize pools are boosted with fees or direct-to-pool transfers. These formats maximize participation and ensure larger prize pools with longer late registration phases.
